A friend of mine sent me to Nan a couple of years ago to help manage a nasty stiff neck. As it turned out, my stiff neck was secondary to a very long list of other imbalances leading all the way down to my ankles. What I thought would be a couple of visits to manage an acute problem turned out to be the solution to many other issues that I had not even known were related. Nan helped identify the problems and, one at a time, we addressed them. Thanks to Nan, my stiff neck is resolved, I have grown a couple of inches, and my running posture is improved. Several years ago, I herniated the disc at L5-S1. Because of complications, I had effectively lost the use of my left leg.I was unable to lie still for the MRI that was required for the diagnosis, and required a positioning pad that was normally reserved for back trauma victims to be able to complete the scan.

Je suis une femme de 73 ans. Toute ma vie, j’ai été active (golf, ski, vélo, marche, etc.), mais depuis deux ans ma condition physique se détériorait lentement, m’obligeant à délaisser mes activités une après l’autre.
