If you are the victim of a work-related accident - the team at Integral Performance Physio is equipped to support you in your rehabilitation.

If you experience physical pain following your accident, promptly see your doctor for an assessment. If the doctor determines that you require physiotherapy don't hesitate to contact us. It will be our pleasure to help you.

Please provide the following two documents:

• Your worker’s claim form
• A doctor’s prescription indicating the need for physiotherapy

CNESST – Physiotherapy

Unless otherwise indicated, you can begin your physiotherapy treatments immediately. The initial appointment will consist of a 30 to 60-minute assessment.

At Integral Performance Physio, we will create an individualized Physiotherapy program to meet your physical rehabilitation needs.

Our goal will be to:

• Eliminate/alleviate your physical disability or pain;
• Learn to use your residual functional capacities keeping in mind any ongoing limitations;
• Improve your physical abilities so that you can go about your daily activities normally;
• Facilitate your work reintegration.
