If you have experienced a motor vehicle accident, whether you are responsible or not, the team at Integral Performance Physio is equipped to support you in your rehabilitation.

If you experience physical pain following your accident, promptly see your doctor for an assessment. If the doctor determines that you require physiotherapy don't hesitate to contact us. It will be our pleasure to help you.

Please provide the following two documents:

• A doctor's prescription indicating the need for physiotherapy
• A SAAQ file number - you will need to contact them to open a file
• We will submit an authorization request to SAAQ and upon confirmation from them we will contact you to schedule your appointment.

At Integral Performance Physio, we will create an individualized Physiotherapy program to meet your physical rehabilitation needs.

Our goal will be to:

• Eliminate/alleviate your physical disability or pain;
• Learn to use your residual functional capacities keeping in mind any ongoing limitations;
• Improve your physical abilities so that you can go about your daily activities normally;
• Facilitate your work reintegration.
