We all know that exercise is important, but sometimes motivating ourselves to do exercise alone can be a challenge. For that reason, we've designed a quick program comprising of 5 exercises that can be done paired up with a partner.
These 5 exercises are fun and easy to do and can be done whether at home or even in the office. They will help target key muscles to strengthen the lower back, stretch the legs and hips, as well as upper body.
We encourage people to take breaks from their desk-job at work, and grab a buddy to run through these exercises together. This will help refresh the body from the prolonged sitting and help boost your mood!
