During the summer months, our patients enjoy returning to aquatic sports such as canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or even swimming. But these sports include a lot of rotational movements that our bodies may not be habituated to. For that reason, performing warm-ups to prepare our bodies can be very beneficial in order to not only boost performance, but also avoid injuries.
