As a part of our July wellness challenge, we present to you 3 new exercises that can be easily performed at home and without any equipment. These 3 exercises will target the upper body, core, legs, as well as cardio. We wanted to show these exercises to help promote doing even just 10 minutes of exercise at home, as every minute of exercise does have a significant impact on your health.
So for today, we would like to demonstrate:
Pushup
Plank
Jumping Jacks
We also show all the easier variations for those who have difficulty performing it the standard way.
Today we need to do 10 pushups, 30 second plank, and 20 jumping jacks, repeated 3 times total!
